Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3) at Indianapolis Colts (9-2) -7
If the Jaguars win they can pull into a first place tie with the Colts atop the AFC South. The Colts have not played great the last few games and look to get back on track at home and if they win they will have a comfortable two game lead in the division.

New York Giants (7-4) -2 at Chicago Bears (5-6)
This is a playoff game for the Bears as they, pretty much, have to win to stay in the playoff hunt, The Giants are coming off an embarrassing loss to the Minnesota Vikings and need to get back on track and stay in the drivers seat for a NFC Wild Card berth.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-4) at New Orleans Saints (5-6) -3
The Bucs can pretty much win the NFC South with a victory over the Saints. The Saints need to win to stay in the playoff hunt. If the Saints do not win they will, probably, be watching the playoffs at home.

Houston Texans (5-6) at Tennessee Titans (6-5) -4
Both teams need this victory badly. Both teams are in the Wild Card race in the AFC but a loss for either of them, especially Houston, will definitely hurt their chances. Both have no chance to catch the Colts in the AFC South.
